A majority of my earrings are made out of polymer clay!
What material do you use for your posts?
I am currently using surgical steel for all of my clay pieces. I do plan on switching to gold filled sometime here in the future!
How long will it take for my earrings to get to me?
The processing time currently is 10 days. All of my pieces are handmade and mostly made to order so please be patient with me as I create your beautiful pieces!
What if my earrings break?
Please contact me immediately via Email if your earrings break. From there you will have 25 days to send them back to be repaired. I do not replace lost earrings.
What if it gets lost during shipping?
Once the packages are shipped out they are out of my hands. I will not replace a package that is lost due to usps. If your package gets lost in the mail please contact usps to file a lost package claim.
Do you make custom orders?
I am currently not taking individual custom orders. I do however offer custom orders for newlyweds and wedding parties. Please feel free to contact me a auntymonstera@gmail.com for more information!
